After all, we are the African Groove Machine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head Of Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>As Head of Marketing at Jwompa, you will lead:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brand &amp; Creative<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuously develop and innovate our brand identity to mimic the deep human connection we have with music.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marketing Analytics<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leverage data to lead growth, provide actionable insights to make informed, data-driven decisions around global marketing performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marketing Strategy &amp; Operations<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and drive strategic marketing goals to help the business achieve its mission and objectives, both locally and globally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Consumer Marketing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop consumer profiles and communications strategies to help us build, grow, and maximize our relationships with consumers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Content Marketing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute creative content marketing campaigns that will drive high engagement across all of our channels, especially social media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing experience, preferably in the music industry<\/li>\n<li>Genuine love for African music<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We Offer:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Competitive Pay:\u00a0<\/strong>2,500-3,200GHC\/monthly (Negotiable)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other Benefits:\u00a0<\/strong>Exclusive first use of upcoming app releases, a free invitation to company-sponsored events, free gear and merch<\/li>\n<li><strong>Our office:<\/strong>\u00a0Is located in East Legon, Accra.
