As such he\/she is the secretary to the governing council, college principal, academic board and all statutory committee of the college of education<br \/>\nThe College Secretary under the college principal is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the college and managing resources, students and other related issues. She\/he assists in creating the necessary environment for that pursuit of academic work<br \/>\nShe\/he is the master of all ceremonies in the college<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms of Appointment:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe appointment is full time and applicants should not be more than 50 years old by 1st October, 2011.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A good university First degree in Communication skills<br \/>\nA Master&#8217;s degree<br \/>\nConsiderable administrative or managerial experience of at least five years in an educational institution or church management<br \/>\nA practicing Catholic<br \/>\nStrong managerial and organisational skills<br \/>\nExcellent administrative and supervisory skills<br \/>\nGood team player<br \/>\nStrong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nComputer literacy is mandatory<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants should forward their applications with the following documents:<\/p>\n<p>Curriculum vitae, including names and addresses of three (3) referees.
