As part of your role, you will also collaborate with various teams from different units across the organization.<\/p>\n **The Settlement Internship shall be for a minimum of one (1) year<\/strong><\/p>\n ***Prospective candidates must be available to start Immediately if successful<\/strong><\/p>\n What Your Day to Day Activities will be Like<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Check status of settlements carried out daily<\/p>\n \u2022 Identify, review and escalate failed transactions<\/p>\n \u2022 Review flagged due settlements to identify possible reasons<\/p>\n \u2022 Provide first level support on escalated tickets on Happy Fox, mails from internal and external stakeholders<\/p>\n \u2022 Reconciliation of merchants\u2019 wallets<\/p>\n \u2022 Reconciliation of internal settlement wallets<\/p>\n \u2022 Backup for settlement officers<\/p>\n \u2022 Engagement with the business development team on prospective and high-volume clients<\/p>\n \u2022 Carry out analysis of settlement trends for merchants in your location<\/p>\n \u2022 Any other ad-hoc functions within the team<\/p>\n Required competency and skillset to be a waver<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 High-Level attention to details<\/p>\n \u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft office & data analytics and reporting tools, i.e. Microsoft Excel functions, etc.<\/p>\n \u2022 Ability to identify errors<\/p>\n \u2022 Strong relationship management skills<\/p>\n \u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet set deadlines.<\/p>\n \u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/p>\n \u2022 Excellent presentation skills<\/p>\n \u2022 Work goal-oriented based on minimum supervision<\/p>\n \u2022 High sense of responsibility, accountability, integrity, and ethical standards<\/p>\n \u2022 Ability to work independently to fulfil assigned tasks<\/p>\n Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Minimum of 12 months post-college experience in a similar role<\/p>\n Other Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Be a national or resident of Ghana<\/p>\n \u2022 Excellent proficiency of English Language and ability to communicate well in and English<\/p>\n Sounds interesting?<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Flutterwave was founded on the principle that every African must be able to participate and thrive in the global economy.
