To achieve this objective, we have built a trusted payment infrastructure that allows consumers and businesses (African and International) make and receive payments in a convenient borderless manner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Integration Support Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Flutterwaves Vision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To make it easier for Africans to build global businesses that can make and accept any payment, anywhere from across Africa and around the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flutterwaves Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Simplifying payments for endless possibilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Your Day to Day Activities Will Be Like<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend developer events<\/li>\n<li>Creating and Maintaining integration Libraries and Plugins<\/li>\n<li>Creating, maintaining and updating our integration documentations for internal and external use<\/li>\n<li>Create knowledge bases and support tools, tutorial articles, how to(s) and use case videos for our customers and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with users, project managers, product managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Extend technical support during preparation, installation and system maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Assist clients to test integrated interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute towards team, department and company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Directly engage with engineering and product to provide quantified feedback to help and improve our products<\/li>\n<li>Drive outstanding customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Help improving and optimizing support processes and tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required competency and skillset to be a waver<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience in software engineering<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge and understanding of the organizations product and service offerings.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of software development languages<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly learn new technologies<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about technology, and love solving complex technical issues<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SOAP, REST and\/or Web Services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Be a national or resident of Ghana<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent proficiency of English Language and ability to communicate well in and English<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sounds interesting?<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Flutterwave was founded on the principle that every African must be able to participate and thrive in the global economy.
