The role also includes driving transformational change across the partnership for digital and data initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Manager, Faith, Learning and Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Learning and Development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strategy for talent, leadership development and technical capacity building.<\/li>\n<li>Identify delivery mechanism (eLearning, self-directed study, on-site, etc.) to improve the performance of business efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement learning programs for targeted groups using appropriate hosting platforms to deliver learning that meets business needs and supports good stewardship.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure learning initiatives are of a high quality, utilizing appropriate learning methodologies and adult learning principles.<\/li>\n<li>Identify appropriate learning strategies leveraging effective instructional design methodologies for face-to-face, blended, virtual and e-learning initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the design and delivery of post-program, follow-up support tools\/processes; build and execute a measurement strategy to align program outcomes with business impact.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with P&amp;C BP team to ensure operations and plans are in sync with Partnership policies and objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Talent Management and Succession Planning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategy, objectives and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leaders to identify high performers and their learning needs, and to design\/implement development plans<\/li>\n<li>Partner with P&amp;C BP team to ensure operations and plans are in sync with Partnership policies and objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faith and Development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement programs that contribute effectively to the realization of a Faith and Development culture.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate Faith and Development strategy and guidelines into learning objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the integration of faith and development principles in a way that supports a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and recognizes how this contributes to leadership effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Leads the digital transformation of Faith and Development initiatives across the partnership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Change Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute appropriate partnership wide change management strategies for global IT initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Work across the partnership to deliver change management and learning initiatives to increase digital and data literacy and dexterity resulting in culture change.<\/li>\n<li>Embrace and execute change through frequent, communication to staff and clients about the change and the impact of the change (individual and business).<\/li>\n<li>Consistently advocates for the change.<\/li>\n<li>Coaches staff through the change.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies and removes obstacles to change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Resource Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish measurable individual and team objectives that align with business and organizational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure staff have the resources and skills needed to support all work initiatives within the assigned function.<\/li>\n<li>Meet regularly with team to gather work statuses and to discuss work progress and obstacles.<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice, guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Provides technical leadership, guidance and coaching team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Budget Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop Faith, Learning and Development budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Track and take appropriate steps to stay within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Provide high-quality services at optimal cost to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Measure service performance and implements improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS &amp;
