Responsible for designing, coordinating and improving the Mastercard\/Absa project.<b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Accountability<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2022Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy (targets, training, SMEs\u2019 business development, etc) for operational management and development to meet agreed organisation\u2019s performance plans within agreed budgets and time lines.\u2022Plan and direct the business strategy activities to achieve stated\/agreed targets and standards. \u2022Prepare Work Plans by consolidating the Work plans and budgets of the Training Manager, M&amp;E Manager and all relevant units towards the achieving agreed Annual performance targets set out in the business strategy.\u2022Prepare the Agenda of the Programme Oversight Committee and ensure\u00a0 all documents to be discussed by the Committee reach members timely\u2022Acts as Secretary to the Programme Oversight Committee.\u2022Direct functions and performance,\u00a0 including personnel and office management, materials management, equipment and vehicles management, marketing and outreach of products and services, financial management, communications and managing meetings etc.\u00a0\u2022Develop and maintain organisational culture, values and reputation with regards to professionalism, team and outcome orientation, respect for diversity and integrity with all staff, stakeholders, clients, and entrepreneurs.<b>\u00a0<\/b>\u2022Prepare quarterly, half yearly and annual reports on technical and financial plans and performance outcomes for review by the Programme Oversight Committee and for submission to the Mastercard Foundation.<b>Education<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title:\u00a0Project Manager Bring your possibility for life!
