{"id":54524,"date":"2021-01-19T15:08:39","date_gmt":"2021-01-19T15:08:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=54524"},"modified":"2021-01-19T15:08:39","modified_gmt":"2021-01-19T15:08:39","slug":"guinness-recruitment-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/guinness-recruitment-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"Guinness Recruitment 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"LTR\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><strong>Job Title: Asset care Technician<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><strong>Level: 7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><strong>Reports to: Electrical Engineering Team Leader<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Purpose of the role<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work safely within the Operations\u00a0<span class=\"WFW2\">team\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Provide maintenance and continuous improvement skills to deliver and improve on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost and asset care.<\/li>\n<li>Effective use of maintenance systems data<\/li>\n<li>Observe and ensure compliance to safe systems of work<\/li>\n<li>Completion of Preventative maintenance activities<\/li>\n<li>Deliver and improve performance targets in safety, quality, service, cost and asset care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Accountabilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At all times adhere to Diageo health and safety, environmental and food safety standards, and work to all applicable legislative procedures. \u00a0Responsible for Safe Systems of work.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a safe and organised workplace environment through adherence to the Safety and 5S MMS practices<\/li>\n<li>Provide Asset Care Technician resource (electrical and mechanical) to the Operations team<\/li>\n<li>Accountable to ensure all assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are carried out at the defined frequency and completed to the required standard.<\/li>\n<li>Coach operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks, machine set ups optimisation and support growth in equipment capability as required.<\/li>\n<li>Support capital work, including installation, commissioning and testing within area as required. \u00a0Responsible for feeding into early equipment management.<\/li>\n<li>Make full use of SAP \u2013 SAP reporting &amp; recording completion.<\/li>\n<li>Review RCM activity on a weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Understands and uses MMS principles tools and techniques, contributing positively to MMS ITFs<\/li>\n<li>Manage personal data in Workday e.g. P4G and personal details (specific responsibilities to be clarified)<\/li>\n<li>Attend and contribute to SIC process. \u00a0Complete short interval control documentation on activities.<\/li>\n<li>Raise 5 why\u2019s as defined by agreed trigger points. \u00a0Work with Operators and team leaders to play a proactive role in situational problem solving on shift.\u00a0 Fixing problems and finding solutions via RCPS<\/li>\n<li>Participate in line improvement projects, a skills &amp; experience allow<\/li>\n<li>Engage in start of shift meetings and performance-based team meetings to raise and address persistent performance issues.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in weekly asset care review\u00a0<span class=\"WFW2\">meetings\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Anticipate issues and be more proactive in\u00a0<span class=\"WFW2\">approach\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Support TLS &amp;
