{"id":5473,"date":"2011-09-15T06:49:11","date_gmt":"2011-09-15T06:49:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=5473"},"modified":"2016-11-25T09:03:05","modified_gmt":"2016-11-25T09:03:05","slug":"hired-capital-human-resource-associate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/hired-capital-human-resource-associate.html","title":{"rendered":"Hired Capital: Human Resource Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>A Human Resource company<\/strong> seeks an experienced Human Resource Generalist who would be responsible for delivering products and services to its clients.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an individual who is passionate about his\/her work, has excellent attention to detail, possesses strong HR experience, great interpersonal and project management skills and able to work in a fast paced environment.\u00a0 This role is client facing.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As this role is client facing, the incumbent should be able to work well in a team and in a consulting environment and have strong interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with client groups to coach and advise managers on employee issues, including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, compensation, internal transfers\/promotions and organizational changes.<\/li>\n<li>Administer HR policies and practices as applicable.\u00a0 Recommend and implement revisions to policies, programs and practices as needed.
