In order to advance our position as the market leader.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>In order to advance our position as the market leader, we invite applications from highly motivated and suitably qualified\u00a0BSc\/HND Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical &amp; Agricultural Engineers for employment in the service Department of the Company;<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create immediate, short, medium &amp; long term work plans with the available resources in the Component Re-build Centre (CRC)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a Work in Progress (WIP) schedule System<\/li>\n<li>Manage CRC Schedules and rebuild optimisation<\/li>\n<li>Develop &amp; manage labour schedules &amp; utilization, tagging and labeling of components received at the CRC<\/li>\n<li>Review work order, schedule performance of targets vs, actual turnaround times &amp; develop a strategy to improve performance<\/li>\n<li>Develop &amp; report on monthly and annual component rebuild projections<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the Central Inventory Control (CIC) to ensure stocking levels match forecast components re-build projections<\/li>\n<li>Ensure 100% parts list are reviewed and compared to completed jobs<\/li>\n<li>Carry out contamination control, tooling &amp; workshop housekeeping audits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong>\u00a0Exciting salary package awaits the successful candidate<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bsc\/HND Mechanical, Automotive, Engineering, Electrical &amp; Agricultural Engineering (requirements not essential)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>A good product knowledge and sound technical background<\/li>\n<li>Must have good supervisory skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be a good team player<\/li>\n<li>Must be a self starter<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least (3) years post-qualification relevant experience in a related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested persons should forward their applications and CVs with full address to:<\/p>\n<div><strong>The Human\u00a0Resources Manager<br \/>\nMantrac Ghana Limited<br \/>\nP.
