{"id":54836,"date":"2021-02-01T09:59:40","date_gmt":"2021-02-01T09:59:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=54836"},"modified":"2021-02-01T09:59:40","modified_gmt":"2021-02-01T09:59:40","slug":"world-vision-ghana-jobs-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/world-vision-ghana-jobs-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"World Vision Ghana Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The accounts payable Analyst is responsible for reporting to the accounts payable team lead for processing invoices and verification of invoices while delivering a high level of service that meets or exceeds the Service Level Agreement on behalf of World Vision (WV) SSC Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accounts Payable Analyst x2\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Book monthly and yearly accruals in sun6 for the customers.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct checking on the entries of the Accounts Clerks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data before payments are run.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Invoice integration Error reports are run and sent to the customers per the SLA.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve differences.<\/li>\n<li>Manage records, including retention, tracking and reporting for tax purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Deal with supplier account queries via telephone, email and fax and resolve queries promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing purchases by expense type.<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining invoice authorization.<\/li>\n<li>Match invoices with purchase orders, where applicable, purchase order requisitions, where applicable, and evidence of receipt of goods or services before bypasses are made.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure invoices status are communicated to the customers on time.<\/li>\n<li>Run weekly invoices reports and communicating to Customers.<\/li>\n<li>Generate payments for the customers and ensures the payment documents and payment listings are sent to the customers per the SLA.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the right cashbook, and payment profiles are selected when payments are being made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u00b4s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of related professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Reasonable knowledge of bookkeeping principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced in interfacing with business customers in defining procurement service requirements or procurement\/accounting information.<\/li>\n<li>Broad based experience in accounting and financial systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a time sensitive environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in interfacing with business customers in resolving payment issues.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of WV\u2019s policy and procedure in the area of finance, systems and products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The accounts payable Analyst is responsible for reporting to the accounts payable team lead for processing invoices and verification of invoices while delivering a high level of service that meets&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6721,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[11],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"jetpack_featured_media_url":"","jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"jetpack_shortlink":"https:\/\/wp.me\/p2nO32-egs","_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/54836"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/6721"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=54836"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/54836\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=54836"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=54836"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=54836"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
