Job Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Facilities and IT Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n Requirements for the Facilities and IT Coordinator:<\/strong><\/p>\n Relevant OHS qualification or similar would be beneficial.<\/p>\n At least 2 years\u2019 experience in either OHS or IT disciplines<\/p>\n Experience in Quality assurance<\/p>\n Excellent interpersonal skills<\/p>\n The ability to write reports.<\/p>\n An eye for detail and project management skills<\/p>\n Creativity is a bonus.<\/p>\n Advanced Computer Literacy Skills<\/p>\n Coordinate with the Facilities and IT Lead and General Manager of site the implementation of new building projects and optimal building utilisation.<\/p>\n Regulate and monitor assets on all sites via CCTV<\/p>\n Duties and responsibilities of the Facilities and IT Coordinator:<\/strong><\/p>\n Record keeping of all maintenance work, OHS files and assets of all sites both physical and soft copies.<\/p>\n Collaborate and communicate with support technicians and management to ensure the uninterrupted operation of electronic systems utilised within the organisation\/site as part of its core operations.<\/p>\n Support sites with RnM requirements<\/p>\n Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and regulations.<\/p>\n Coordinate security and cleaning deliverables.<\/p>\n Coordinate vehicle fleet and drivers.<\/p>\n Building Maintenance and Operations for site \u2013 Facilities Management<\/p>\n Coordinate Security and Cleaning deliverables<\/p>\n Coordinate internal OHS audits.<\/p>\n Coordinate vehicle fleet and drivers.<\/p>\n Record keeping of all activities both physical and digital copies.<\/p>\n Use BMS for optimum productivity of the job function.<\/p>\n Monitor the condition and uptime of electronic equipment and systems (on a site level)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Kontak Recruitment is currently sourcing and recruiting for Facilities and IT Coordinator vacancy based in Accra, Ghana.
