\n\u2022 develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.
\n\u2022 ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times.
\n\u2022 monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order
\n\u2022 repair or replace plant equipment as needed.
\n\u2022 ensure that health and safety regulations are met.
\n\u2022 determine quality control standards.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Proven experience working in plant operations required
\n\u2022 Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
\n\u2022 Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
\n\u2022 Ability to work in diversified environments.<\/p>\n
