{"id":5499,"date":"2011-09-19T08:00:43","date_gmt":"2011-09-19T08:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=5499"},"modified":"2016-11-25T09:40:32","modified_gmt":"2016-11-25T09:40:32","slug":"marie-stopes-international-ghana-fleet-co-ordinator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/marie-stopes-international-ghana-fleet-co-ordinator.html","title":{"rendered":"Marie Stopes International Ghana: Fleet Co-Ordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><em><strong>Marie Stopes International Ghana (MSIG)<\/strong> has vacancies for well-organised, client-oriented and multi-tasked individuals with relevant qualifications and experience to occupy the under listed vacancy in the organisation.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Reports to<\/strong>\u00a0P &amp; L Officer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall management of the fleet, managing the process of driver allocations, accident reporting, vehicle maintenance and servicing<\/li>\n<li>Lead MSIG drivers in line with stipulated policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clear communications are maintained between the transport department and other team members<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all vehicle accidents are accurately reported, recorded and investigated with claim forms submitted to the insurance brokers through the Operations Manager<\/li>\n<li>Manage the processes for obtaining damage estimates and the carrying out of vehicle repairs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the availability of well maintained vehicles and motor bikes for all operational teams such as Outreach and Social Franchise<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for maintenance of the fleet database and ensuring its accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Manage the MSIG fleet operation with respect to costs in conjunction with the finance team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The person must:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least a minimum of GCE O&#8217; Level; SSS; NVTI Certificate with relevant mechanical knowledge<\/li>\n<li>A valid Vehicle Driving &amp; Motor riding Licence<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable strong people management and basic computer skills<\/li>\n<li>These are local position.
