Securities and Exchange Commission recruits <strong>Manager (Legal)<\/strong> to be based in Accra Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Applicant will report to the Head, Legal and will assist with:<\/p>\n<p>Ensuring compliance by market operators of the provision of the Securities Industry Law including licensing, surveillance and inspections of the market operators and maintaining appropriate registers<br \/>\nHandling all litigations for and on behalf of the Commission<br \/>\nEnsuring that the Commission complies with all its statutory requirements under the securities industry laws<br \/>\nDeveloping procedures to be followed at administrative hearings of the Commission<br \/>\nEnforcement of the Commission&#8217;s powers under the Securities Industry Law<br \/>\nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n<p>LLB\/BL with a minimum of 6 years post qualification working experience<br \/>\nKnowledge and experience in securities regulation<br \/>\nComputer literate<br \/>\nHow To Apply<\/p>\n<p>Qualified persons should send their Application letter and CV to the addressed below:<\/p>\n<p>Head, Administrative and Human Resource<br \/>\nSecurities and Exchange Commission<br \/>\n30, 3 Circular Road, Cantonments<br \/>\nP.
