{"id":5528,"date":"2011-09-20T05:12:19","date_gmt":"2011-09-20T05:12:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=5528"},"modified":"2013-12-26T16:12:48","modified_gmt":"2013-12-26T16:12:48","slug":"la-community-bank-ghana-recruitment-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/la-community-bank-ghana-recruitment-2011.html","title":{"rendered":"La Community Bank Ghana Recruitment 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Position:\u00a0Head of Banking<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Role\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Bank<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate and control operational activities between Head Office and the agencies, inter-branch operations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly returns to ARB Apex Bank and the Bank of Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Pay visits to the agencies to scrutinise their books and records to ensure that processes and procedures are being followed or adhered to;<\/li>\n<li>Check staff compliment and ensure that the required number of staff as stated on the organogram are maintained for smooth running of the agencies;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the agencies keep neat surroundings and that the Bank&#8217;s physical resources are serviced or maintained regularly<\/li>\n<li>Assist the General Manager by discharging delegated duties from him and acting in his absence;<\/li>\n<li>Control cost and ensure the Bank operates within budget<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>A first degree or ACIB with a minimum of 15 years experience<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of Banking, Banking Law and Practice<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Management, entrepreneurial and administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Very good working knowledge of Microsoft office suit<\/li>\n<li>High sense of responsibility and result oriented working attitude<\/li>\n<li>To implement all operational policies of banking services in addition to effective deposit mobilisation for business guided by branch operational manual<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Minimum age limit must be 35 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Applications and detailed CV&#8217;s with copies of certificates must be received and should be address to:<\/p>\n<div>\n<strong>The General Manager<br \/>\nLa Community Bank Limited<br \/>\nP.
