You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Greet and welcome guests<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions and address complaints<\/li>\n<li>Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages<\/li>\n<li>Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them<\/li>\n<li>Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.<\/li>\n<li>Check, sort and forward emails<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records and files<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office expenses and costs<\/li>\n<li>Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer service orientation<\/li>\n<li>High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus with 1 year experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salary : 600-800<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We at Leads consult offer various consultancy services to our clients worldwide.
