If so, lets talk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Service Delivery Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Your Role and Responsibilities<\/b><br \/>\nThe senior service delivery Duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery service planning<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining positive relationship with the customer<\/li>\n<li>Managing customer needs and overseeing delivery within the business context<\/li>\n<li>Conducting risk assessments for the project<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating teams and developing schedules and individual responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains organization\u2019s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.<\/li>\n<li>Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirement<\/li>\n<li>Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing deliverables; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining customer acceptance and achieving customer satisfaction in the support of the client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Technical and Professional Expertise<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant program \u2013 additional Certifications a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10+ years of working experience managing IT Organizations &amp; teams.<\/li>\n<li>Professional Certification: ITIL Foundation. ITIL Practitioner shall be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Professional Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE 2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To succeed in as service delivery manager, you must be highly innovative because the job involves constant look out for ways of improving customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have exceptional ability to plan and implement service delivery processes.
