{"id":55614,"date":"2021-03-04T05:40:15","date_gmt":"2021-03-04T05:40:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=55614"},"modified":"2021-03-04T05:40:15","modified_gmt":"2021-03-04T05:40:15","slug":"mtn-ghana-new-jobs-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/mtn-ghana-new-jobs-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN Ghana New Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Analyse business trends in terms of financial implications and provide the Enterprise Business team with quality information to enhance the decision-making process in line with the Division\u2019s strategic objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Analyst, Enterprise Business Planning &amp; Analytics\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly dynamic and competitive telecommunication industry<\/li>\n<li>Advancement in global technology trends<\/li>\n<li>MTN Group business standards and practices<\/li>\n<li>Diverse cultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Segmentation structure implication<\/li>\n<li>Performance driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Developing sophisticated client base<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare financial feasibility on all new Products and Services (Innovations and Re-innovations), Sponsorships and promotions, and potential partnerships \/ acquisitions<\/li>\n<li>Perform Profit &amp; Loss analysis for Enterprise Business decision making<\/li>\n<li>Prepare pre and post evaluation on all Enterprise Business products &amp; services, projects (partnerships, converged services etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Provide input on commercial analysis and\/or Business Case for Opex module, IRU and major service delivery projects<\/li>\n<li>Check and confirm performance to ensure the payment of appropriate commissions.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Manager, Quality Control &amp; Operations to ensure adherence to all financial Service Level Agreements with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Provide input for preparation of Annual Business Plans<\/li>\n<li>Track, analyse, review and reconcile Enterprise Business budget \u2013 OPEX Management for line manager approval.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic (monthly) analysis of Product and Service performance (Product Management) to support decision making<\/li>\n<li>Review ICT tariffs to ensure divisional objectives are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Provide input for tariffs review of all other Enterprise products &amp; Services including New New products<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Marketing to manage Post Paid tariffs and ensure tariff change forms are filled to effect changes in tariffs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide input on ICT tariffs into the update and review of the company\u2019s tariff book<\/li>\n<li>Identify financial risks related to the Enterprise Business Division and advise line manager accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Gather finance-related industry intelligence to aid in business decisions<\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly reports on the following:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Monthly P&amp;L analysis,<\/p>\n<p>Feasibility reports per requests<\/p>\n<p>Monthly\/ quarterly vendor &amp; partner commission reports<\/p>\n<p>Quarterly intelligence reports<\/p>\n<p>Group reports per requests<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in Finance or Accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification (CIMA\/ ACCA\/ ICA) is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in an analytics role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Training<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Intelligence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial Management<\/li>\n<li>ICT\/ Telecom Business Savvy<\/li>\n<li>Market Research Orientation<\/li>\n<li>Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Financial Modelling<\/li>\n<li>Information Analysis &amp; Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Risk Management<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioural competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A team player<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage own time and workload and juggle conflicting priorities<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Influencing and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Professional approach with a can-do attitude<\/li>\n<li>Assertive<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong Communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage conflict<\/li>\n<li>Result oriented<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Analyse business trends in terms of financial implications and provide the Enterprise Business team with quality information to enhance the decision-making process in line with the Division\u2019s strategic objectives.
