\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be the single point of contact for dignitaries, VIP, and VVIP guests and co-ordinate their Salon experience
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for checking and overseeing all guest settlements like such
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible to identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele to promote Salon services
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for the department training plans and conduct hands-on training for the new recruit
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure proper inventories of all operating Salon equipment are conducted in line with audit standards in order to effectively manage operational cost
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure proper repair and preventive maintenance works of all salon equipment
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor and review salon employee\u2019s performance regularly and provide required guidance
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to data on all aspects of the Salon operation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform a regular inventory of Spa par levels for retail and operational stocks
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Raise store requisitions of all retail and operational items as and when required<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience as a Salon
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Willing to deliver the best service to our guest
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrate strong leadership, team, and communications skill are essential<\/p>\n
