{"id":55732,"date":"2021-03-09T06:32:56","date_gmt":"2021-03-09T06:32:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=55732"},"modified":"2021-03-09T06:32:56","modified_gmt":"2021-03-09T06:32:56","slug":"mtn-ghana-jobs-2021-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/mtn-ghana-jobs-2021-2.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN Ghana Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for proactively monitoring and implementing controls and related activities within the Xtra time\/byte space.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Analyst, Revenue Assurance &amp; Fraud Operations Support (Xtra Time)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the review of inherent potential risks within the xtra time\/byte\/Money space<\/li>\n<li>Design and Implement primary and secondary controls within the xtra time\/Byte\/money space to prevent and detect leakage<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for primary controls monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Secondary control performance and exception remediation<\/li>\n<li>Daily data quality monitoring on RAFM platform<\/li>\n<li>Revenue reporting and usage trend analysis<\/li>\n<li>Conduct pre and post xtra time\/byte\/money product and services implementation test<\/li>\n<li>Review changes to the xtra time\/byte\/money system and user logs<\/li>\n<li>Perform borrowing and repayment analysis<\/li>\n<li>Perform bad debt aging analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Context:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dynamic and highly competitive telecommunication &amp; ICT industry<\/li>\n<li>Highly regulated environment<\/li>\n<li>Performance driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Diverse cultural environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"pr-1\">Education and Competencies<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in B.Comm\/ B.Acc\/ BSC<\/li>\n<li>CISA\/CISM qualification a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 years relevant experience in a technology-oriented industry preferably telecommunications. Experience in data analytics a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional\/Technical competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Knowledge of the mechanics of telecommunications.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Telco billing principles and operation.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the Revenue Management chain in telecommunications<\/li>\n<li>High level of IT<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of quantitative and analytical principles<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Financial analysis and modelling skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills\/ Physical competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A sense of accuracy &amp; attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong numerical skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytically sound<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills at both individual and team level<\/li>\n<li>Report writing abilities<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for proactively monitoring and implementing controls and related activities within the Xtra time\/byte space.
