{"id":55801,"date":"2021-03-11T08:08:06","date_gmt":"2021-03-11T08:08:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=55801"},"modified":"2021-03-11T08:08:06","modified_gmt":"2021-03-11T08:08:06","slug":"mtn-ghana-recruitment-2021-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/mtn-ghana-recruitment-2021-2.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN Ghana Recruitment 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Specialist, IT Fintech\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide and execute technical recommendations for all Fintech platforms and deliver the required availability levels of all Fintech Services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fintech Platform<\/li>\n<li>Open API<\/li>\n<li>Banking and Third Party Integration<\/li>\n<li>Web Services Application<\/li>\n<li>Security Services<\/li>\n<li>Fintech Strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly dynamic and competitive telecommunication industry<\/li>\n<li>Advancement in global technology trends<\/li>\n<li>MTN Group business standards and practices<\/li>\n<li>Diverse cultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Segmentation structure implication<\/li>\n<li>Performance driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Developing sophisticated client base<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct Periodic testing of Fintech Services and ensure proper functionality of the different services.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to 3PPs during integrations<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support and recommendations on Open API integrations<\/li>\n<li>Product and solution delivery as per roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the Group\/Fintech technology, business and regulatory context<\/li>\n<li>Lead in the delivery of special initiatives and projects in the Fintech space<\/li>\n<li>Constantly engage the MS team and offer technical recommendations for solutions and enhancements<\/li>\n<li>Assist with troubleshooting of issues and incidents on all Fintech platforms<\/li>\n<li>Execute specialized reports and task including interest payments<\/li>\n<li>Implement PPP with all user departments<\/li>\n<li>Escalate anomalies to Senior Manager in the form of simple reports in order to inform him of any potential unresolved problems.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with cross functional team for the design and implementation of any new service.<\/li>\n<li>Handle &amp; resolve Fintech complaints within the set targets.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance of Fintech systems access security is compliant with the internal IT policies<\/li>\n<li>Execute the performance task to ensure availability of the Fintech systems<\/li>\n<li>Execute daily system checks and initiate actions accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Support emergency handling on the Fintech Systems.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise Managed Services activities and rollouts<\/li>\n<li>Perform IAT for new services<\/li>\n<li>Conduct pre and post tests after application of changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or its equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft and\/or Cisco Professional Certifications.<\/li>\n<li>ITIL Practitioner Certified.<\/li>\n<li>Should have attended and attained some hours of Management and Leadership training\/workshops<\/li>\n<li>COBIT5: Business Framework for the Governance and Management of Enterprise IT<\/li>\n<li>Basic Finance Knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 relevant experience of which 3 years\u2019 must have been in a supervisory role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge on competitive products and market trends<\/li>\n<li>Product knowledge and sales strategy<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in sales and marketing<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Industry &amp;
