As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as working with the PM\u2019s to create solutions to solve quality problems. The role also requires the Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the process of assessing the quality of specifications and technical design documents in order to ensure timely, relevant and meaningful feedback.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Test current products and identifying deficiencies<\/li>\n<li>Suggest solutions to identified product problems<\/li>\n<li>Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution<\/li>\n<li>Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Oversee continuous improvement projects<\/li>\n<li>Collect quality data<\/li>\n<li>Identify key KPIs for product quality<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present reports and metrics to stakeholders quarterly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience in software development<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience in software quality assurance<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes<\/li>\n<li>Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with automated testing tools<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an Agile\/Scrum development process<\/li>\n<li>Experience with performance and\/or security testing is a plus<\/li>\n<li>A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company\u2019s success<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Good time-management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you want to improve millions of lives and leave a lasting legacy at the same time?
