{"id":5599,"date":"2011-09-23T07:58:21","date_gmt":"2011-09-23T07:58:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=5599"},"modified":"2013-12-26T16:12:46","modified_gmt":"2013-12-26T16:12:46","slug":"toptech-transport-and-logistics-ltd-ghana-jobs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/toptech-transport-and-logistics-ltd-ghana-jobs.html","title":{"rendered":"Toptech Transport and Logistics Ltd Ghana Jobs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Head of Information Technology (IT Lead, Ghana) Vacancies<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Toptech Transport and Logistics Ltd is a leading road safety, transport and logistics consulting company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><em>Our Client, an international and leading logistics organisation is seeking for suitably qualified persons for immediate employment for the position.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT\u00a0functions company-wide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other key responsibilities shall include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing all IT positions including, but not limited to, network administration; software application programming and maintenance and process e-commerce administration and support as well as providing team training as required<\/li>\n<li>Developing the department&#8217;s annual budget and business plan<\/li>\n<li>Providing leadership to the strategic planning process for all IT related needs of the Company<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with other senior managers of the Company to determine short and long term resource allocation requirements and priorities for hardware and software technology projects, programmes and other activities<\/li>\n<li>Planning, implementing and executing projects and programmes on the basis of agreed priorities, budget and timelines as well as leads and directs routine IT staff meetings and project reviews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Information Communication Technology from a recognised university, a Master&#8217;s degree would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Logistics\/Supply Chain experience (Technology, Consumer, Healthcare, Automotive sectors)<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 8-10 years experience within an IT department, accompanied with a wide experience at senior level in a service oriented business<\/li>\n<li>An excellent business\/commercial acumen<\/li>\n<li>An effective communication skill\/interpersonal understanding<\/li>\n<li>An achievement drive and initiative<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence and negotiate at senior level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suitably qualified candidates should log on to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.toptechghana.com\/\">www.toptechghana.com<\/a>, click on logistics and follow the procedure of registration.
