The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Strategy Support Analyst\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supports the drive in execution of strategic initiatives cross business units<\/li>\n<li>Sources and\/or conducts research and market insights for management use and strategy formulation<\/li>\n<li>Ensures business units comply with timelines for reporting deliverables and follows up on outstanding reports.<\/li>\n<li>Checks business units submissions for accuracy and content and makes enquiries on outstanding\/inconsistent reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Collects information from business units that feed into the segment business plans and reports, and consolidates to a segment view.<\/li>\n<li>Assesses status of initiatives, analyses trends in delivery and highlights areas of concern for Management discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Compiles presentations to facilitate continuous understanding of strategy and progress in delivery of strategy<\/li>\n<li>Builds and maintains relationships with senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Oversight and administration of projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications And Experience<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary qualification (Degree in Business, Commerce or Actuarial).
