AfC is inviting applications from qualified persons for\u00a0<strong>positions for Senior Research Analysts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Research Analysts\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Senior Research Analysts\u00a0<\/strong>are responsible for supporting research and consulting projects in the firm through conducting field work, analysis and report writing. Technical skills and competencies include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least a Masters, or PhD in a social science field preferably in sociology, economics, development, education or other related fields with at least 4-5 years of research and\/or consulting work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent analysis, research, writing, communication, gender\/social inclusion and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to work in teams, help facilitate and manage projects.<\/li>\n<li>Have a strong moral commitment to working on education, social and economic development issues.
