\n\u2022 Communicates with internal staff and and external instances (contractors, terminals surveyors, terminals, ship staff) about the preparation of operations and execution of maintenance activities
\n\u2022 Ensure consistent cleaning and maintenance as well as adherence to all safety standards
\n\u2022 Receive cargo and ensure timely sampling, loading and unloading of cargo
\n\u2022 Monitor loading and unloading of products and advise sifts supervisors about safe
\n\u2022 Ensure that terminal staff is aware of safety practices and protocols and that the they follow them religiously
\n\u2022 Handles storage by aligning setting up tanks, pumps and pipelines for product transfer purposes
\n\u2022 Ensure that effective coordination prevails between terminal services and barges railcars and tank trucks
\n\u2022 Responsible for maintenance and repair of terminal loading racks and equipment
\n\u2022 Maintain knowledge of industry terminal regulations and ensure that procedures are performed in accord with them
\n\u2022 Handle stock balancing and reporting activities<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 6 years experience in a Senior Management Position in Oil & Gas related operations and maintenance (terminal, offshore, task ship).
\n\u2022 Must have all legally required certifications and trainings
\n\u2022 Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
\n\u2022 Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office)
\n\u2022 Must have proven leadership skills
\n\u2022 Must be a hands-on mentality, problem solver, demonstrate resasoning ability and use of basic reasoning, thinking \u201con your feet\u201d and ability to resolve issues quickly<\/p>\n
