{"id":56365,"date":"2021-04-06T14:18:35","date_gmt":"2021-04-06T14:18:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=56365"},"modified":"2021-04-06T14:18:35","modified_gmt":"2021-04-06T14:18:35","slug":"nsano-jobs-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/nsano-jobs-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"Nsano Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Team lead of Brands &amp; Marketing oversees the operations of all marketing and branding activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Team Lead, Brands &amp; Marketing\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plans, implements, and executes successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion, advertising).<\/li>\n<li>Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes and evaluates financial aspects of product development.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates in the development of new products.<\/li>\n<li>Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)<\/li>\n<li>3+ years in marketing and promotion<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies<\/li>\n<li>Team player who is energized, eager and ready to roll-up their sleeves and do some pretty amazing innovation work.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, capable of setting an agenda and soliciting alignment<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate, influence and motivate others in a highly collaborative matrix environment<\/li>\n<li>Creative thinking and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Team lead of Brands &amp; Marketing oversees the operations of all marketing and branding activities.
