capacity control of the Customer network \/ solution from a Core\/RAN (2G&amp;3G)\/TRX\/IN planning and engineering perspective, according to contractual requirements and Ericsson strategy, ensuring the cost-effectiveness and technical performance of the complete solution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for all planning, design and engineering activities to be performed according to the service contracts for the specific customer.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for translating the contractual technical requirements to the SIP delivery units (NRO, CSI, PDC) and for validating all activities performed by those units under the scope of the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the end-to-end technical solutions to meet contractual requirements and Ericsson strategy, including infrastructure and product design.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the short and long term network evolution plan, analyzing the impacts of network growth and new functionalities introduction, and CAPEX planning.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the network \/ solution dimensioning in each technical domain (Core, Radio Access, Transmission).<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Capacity Management based on network inventory and traffic reports.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for impact evaluation of any network addition, move or change of systems, applications, services &amp;
