{"id":56413,"date":"2021-04-09T13:59:23","date_gmt":"2021-04-09T13:59:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=56413"},"modified":"2021-04-09T13:59:23","modified_gmt":"2021-04-09T13:59:23","slug":"arb-apex-bank-limited-recruitment-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/arb-apex-bank-limited-recruitment-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"ARB Apex Bank Limited Recruitment 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To enhance operations of the bank and the RCBs by designing, developing and implementing business software solutions and providing support to end-users.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities \/ Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide maintenance and support of business application systems of the bank to ensure timely roll out for use by RCBS.<br \/>\n\u2022 Train RCBs on business systems to ensure users can effectively run the systems.<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with consultants to roll out projects assigned to ensure they are completed on time and meet the Bank\u2019s specifications<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform Close of Day activities to ensure the banking software is ready for use the next day and generate reports for submission to Applications Manager<br \/>\n\u2022 Resolve incidents logged in the SysAid and escalate unresolved issues to vendors to ensure they are addressed promptly.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide support to users of software and applications used by the Bank\/RCBS<br \/>\n\u2022 Apply patches and upgrade all business applications to correct errors and enhance the smooth use of the systems.<br \/>\n\u2022 Connect RCBs\/Agencies to the Data Centre infrastructure in terms of setup configuration and implementation of business applications<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum of a first Degree in Computer Science or in a related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 Membership of a recognized professional body will be an advantage.<br \/>\n\u2022 At least five (5) years post qualification experience in a banking environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Working knowledge of relevant IT Applications \u2013 MS SQL, HTMLS, C#, Oracle.
