Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Restaurants General Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Key Roles<\/strong><\/p>\n The incumbent will be expected to:<\/p>\n 1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain daily contacts with the Managers and Supervisors of the branches to ensure smooth business operations.<\/p>\n 2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate activities of the branches to ensure consistency in policies and practices.<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for staff recruitment, retention and training.<\/p>\n 4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that the finances of the branches are kept in order and deposits made to company accounts as required.<\/p>\n 5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee bulk purchases for the three branches.<\/p>\n 6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee publicity and promotions related activities of the brand H.M Eatery.<\/p>\n You will have access to a company vehicle and a driver to facilitate your work. The incumbent must be willing to work flexible hours.<\/p>\n Key Qualities Expected<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Effective Planning and coordination skills.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to think fast and respond to issues.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work under pressure.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Exhibit maturity and tact in dealing with people from diverse backgrounds.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must possess knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n Salary\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Negotiable based on experience.
