\n\u2022 The Internal Auditor is a Head of Department reporting to the Board of Directors Audit Committee.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Plan, organize and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfills the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work
\n\u2022 Report to the Board Audit Committee on the policies, Activities and Programmes of the department
\n\u2022 Undertake Periodic Audit review of the Bank
\n\u2022 Follow up on implementation of Audit recommendations
\n\u2022 Enforce managements policies, pronouncements and directives
\n\u2022 Conduct investigations of irregularities discovered by a brought to the auditor\u2019s attention
\n\u2022 Undertake investigations asset by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board
\n\u2022 Undertake any other functions that may be assigned to you from time to time by Board and Chief Executive Officer<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Accountancy or Finance, with five (5) years relevant experience or a good first degree in Accountancy with 8 years experience in managerial level
\n\u2022 A qualified member of any of the Accounting professional bodies (ACCA, ICAG).<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills
\n\u2022 Ability to communicate effectively
\n\u2022 Ability to interact with staff at various levels. Ability to work well in a team
\n\u2022 Computer literacy<\/p>\n
