\n\u2022 He\/she is expected to provide leadership, maintain and promote efficiency and order on campus, provide sound administration and discharge other duties as may be assigned by the Headmaster\/Headmistress.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant discipline
\n\u2022 A Master\u2019s degree in Education Management or in a related discipline
\n\u2022 A minimum of 10 years\u2019 relevant experience<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Enforcing guidelines to maintain proper discipline and conduct.
\n\u2022 Communicating relevant policies and procedures with regard to students\u2019 discipline, conduct, and attendance to students, staff and parents.
\n\u2022 Working with Stream Coordinators in the development of effective classroom discipline.
\n\u2022 Maintaining an effective and safe school environment.
\n\u2022 Assisting in curriculum and time-table development to meet the needs of all students.
\n\u2022 Preparing and submitting required periodic reports to the Head
\n\u2022 Helping in the preparation of appropriate handbooks.
\n\u2022 Supervising and evaluating Class Assistants in consultation with Stream Coordinators.
\n\u2022 Supervising support services such as the canteen and the infirmary.
\n\u2022 Providing inputs for teaching and learning materials to be included in annual budgets.
\n\u2022 Assisting in the care and management of the buildings and grounds, furniture, equipment, apparatus, books and other supplies.
\n\u2022 Overseeing curriculum delivery in consultation with school heads.
\n\u2022 Convening department as well as other staff committee meetings.
\n\u2022 Assigning teaching duties to the staff as well as preparing the staff duty roster.
\n\u2022 To set up a system to identify and assist children with learning difficulties.
\n\u2022 Evaluating Teacher performance and working with the Headmaster\/Headmistress to help marginal teachers to improve.<\/p>\n
