ACDI\/VOCA now has ongoing programs in Mali, Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Ghana.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\nThe NBD\/TSO will report to the WAO Regional Manager and work closely with the New Business Development Team at the ACDI\/VOCA headquarters, the incumbent will identify priority countries for new business development in the WA\u00a0region.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain contact with USAID missions and other development partners funding programs for which ACDI\/VOCA or ASI is eligible to bid.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with HQ Portfolio and New Business Development teams to establish pipeline for WA region.<\/li>\n<li>Modify and\/or develop training materials in French and English for ASI in value chain, market analyses, and in farmer organization capacity building.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver ToT for regional ACDI\/VOCA and ASI staff in market analyses and value chain assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Lead field analyses and assessments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Masters in agricultural specialty, economics, international development, MBA or development related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years&#8217; experience implementing agricultural and rural development programs in a developing countries<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing successful proposals for USAID procurements and other donor agencies<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and French<\/li>\n<li>High level proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft windows including MS Project, and Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please email your CV and cover letter including names of three referees to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@acdivocaghana.org\">hr@acdivocaghana.org<\/a>\u00a0Or hard copies to the below contact.<\/p>\n<div>\n<strong>The Human Resource Manager<br \/>\nACDI\/VOCA<br \/>\nB7\/11 A&amp;C\u00a0Plaza, East Legon, Accra<br \/>\nP.
