In this role, the SME will be responsible for handling complex issues and critical escalations within RAN domain and surrounding environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle complex issues with focus on 4G and 5G RAN solutions and products<\/li>\n<li>Manage and participating in various delivery activity streams, part of\u00a0customer\u00a0meetings\u00a0and technical discussions when needed<\/li>\n<li>Focus on solving more complex issues\/CSRs\/TRs<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate\u00a0with\u00a0different\u00a0SA teams\u00a0within the organization Core\/PC\/Transport\u00a0etc.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of on new technology\/technical areas and share information about the solution to enable customer competence build<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To be successful in the role you must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum years of experience: 8 years<\/li>\n<li>Experience in\u00a0Radio Architecture on seniority level<\/li>\n<li>Education: MSc in Electrical Engineering or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Multiple years of experience from previous Support\/roll-out\/swap\/optimization projects and processes<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge and understanding of network KPIs and Acceptance Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Any experience\/exposure to 5G is an advantage (project planning, technology understanding, Design, troubleshooting, KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>An SME candidate is assessed according to the following tracks: GIAP<\/li>\n<li>Diverse and advanced knowledge in radio systems: network optimization, protocols and procedures, network design and dimensioning, and features.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to communicate, articulate, present and influence the C-Level by for any Emergency or HOT issues in the MA.<\/li>\n<li>Able to understand customers business objectives and pain points and able to link them to improvement in Network Performance and End User Experience.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with CS related tools: CSR handling tools, remote access solution, CS OMNI channel platform<\/li>\n<li>Business and Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and Project Delivery\/Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Cross Domain Skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Ericsson, you can be a game changer!
