{"id":56833,"date":"2021-04-29T11:41:21","date_gmt":"2021-04-29T11:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=56833"},"modified":"2021-04-29T11:41:21","modified_gmt":"2021-04-29T11:41:21","slug":"old-mutual-jobs-2021-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/old-mutual-jobs-2021-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Old Mutual Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"LTR\">This role is individually accountable for the administration and effective functioning of all customer payment platforms and allocation of\u00a0 premiums thereof within the organization.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Premium Administration Consultant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follows standardised processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning.<\/li>\n<li>Billing, lodgement, collection and allocation of premiums<\/li>\n<li>Building and managing Relationship with partner banks and other third-party partners.<\/li>\n<li>Policy and Client retention strategies in relation to premium collection<\/li>\n<li>Uses standard administrative techniques to coordinate own work<\/li>\n<li>Provides and maintains standard premium collection internal reports<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to the other operational sub-units<\/li>\n<li>Effectively support the new business process and reviews and manages reconciliation of the suspense accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance of client payment data ensuring that the highest quality and regulatory compliance standards are upheld<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">Competencies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Innovative<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Customer\u00a0<span class=\"WEV2\">relations\/Relationship<\/span>\u00a0management<\/li>\n<li>Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Strong database management ability (Excel, Access etc)<\/li>\n<li>Execution<\/li>\n<li>Initiating Action\/Proactive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary Qualification from an accredited University is required<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year work experience in a similar role is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This role is individually accountable for the administration and effective functioning of all customer payment platforms and allocation of\u00a0 premiums thereof within the organization.
