{"id":56948,"date":"2021-05-03T10:38:33","date_gmt":"2021-05-03T10:38:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=56948"},"modified":"2021-05-03T10:38:35","modified_gmt":"2021-05-03T10:38:35","slug":"dangote-recruitment-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/dangote-recruitment-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"Dangote Recruitment 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Health &amp; Safety Manager (Cement Industry)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the DCP OH&amp;S policy is implemented on site<\/li>\n<li>Support plant operations with the implementation of H&amp;S initiatives, H&amp;S management system, and H&amp;S programs<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop and implement safety training and awareness programs in line with the DCP annual HSE goals and targets<\/li>\n<li>Advise on and monitor compliance with all Ghanaian Laws relating to H&amp;S with regard to plant operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct identification, assessment and analysis of the hazardous activities within the operations<\/li>\n<li>Oversee development of a site induction package outlining the major hazards and the safety requirements to avoid or control those hazards<\/li>\n<li>Advise management on deficiencies in the safety performance in the operations<\/li>\n<li>Develop a plant based H&amp;S training and development plan based on the needs of the operation and the major hazards identified<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the quality of induction safety programs being conducted for both the plant and contractor employees<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and coordinate internal and external systems audits to evaluate H&amp;S performance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure specific surveys and reporting are conducted in an approved format.
