Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Business Development Manager-VF Cash<\/strong><\/p>\n Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n The Business Development Manager will support the International expansion business. \n\u2022 Help develop the B2B branding
\n\u2022 Lead sales process and manage product roadmap<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Work closed with leaders across technology and legal to execute international expansion strategy
\n\u2022 Refine international expansion strategy (fine-tune initial definition)
\n\u2022 Support in developing client service model
\n\u2022 Manage discovery and due diligence process for target organisation
\n\u2022 Assist with drafting business plans, presentations, reference material and other documents required
\n\u2022 Strategic stakeholders include regulatory bodies, MNO\u2019s (Mobile Network Operators) and mobile money license holders in target countries.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Interim accountability and responsibility for other members of implementation team as international expansion business scales
\n\u2022 Be part of the entire lifecycle of the new business
\n\u2022 Primary responsibility to define product roadmap, define pricing and GTM strategy
\n\u2022 Develop key in-country commercial partnerships
\n\u2022 CVM oversight and idea generation
\nQualification and Experience<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 More than 5 years of professional experience in business development or corporate development in Mobile money within the Telecommunications Sector.
\n\u2022 Must have Corporate sales-New markets Entry experience
\n\u2022 Must have led cross-functional teams as well as building and managing cross functional teams
\n\u2022 Must have strong interest in mobile money, Fintech and financial services
\n\u2022 Must have full competence of understanding financial services\/ mobile regulatory environment across Africa and future direction of regulation
\n\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff and clients
