The role will lead teams and deliver diverse client engagements per client requirements and in line with the Firm\u2019s standards, approaches and methodologies. The jobholder will also undertake internal risk management and firm wide activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Advisory Senior Associate \u2013 People &amp; Organisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">As a Senior Associate, you\u2019ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:<b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake relevant research to support business development and client service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Manage development of client proposals and business propositions<\/li>\n<li>Lead the delivery of Client services\/projects \u2013 this will include client engagements, solution design and execution, monitoring, reporting and project evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Support with risk management activities of the for the BU from client acceptance to project wrap-up records<\/li>\n<li>Coach junior team members to achieve the best possible potentials<\/li>\n<li>Participate in firm-wide activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Minimum requirement<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Social Science or Business Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Preferred skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Master\u2019s degree will be a strong advantage<\/li>\n<li>Membership of a relevant professional association is required (e.g. Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Experience required<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">1.Minimum of 5 years\u2019 relevant consulting or mixed industry\/consulting experience.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">2. Knowledge of Human Resource Consulting cutting across the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HR Strategy Development<\/li>\n<li>Organisational Development,<\/li>\n<li>Talent Management<\/li>\n<li>Compensation Design\/Management,<\/li>\n<li>Workforce Planning,<\/li>\n<li>Change Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">3. Experience in assisting organisations to improve performance across business functions<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">4.
