{"id":57950,"date":"2021-06-02T09:45:14","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T09:45:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=57950"},"modified":"2021-06-02T09:45:14","modified_gmt":"2021-06-02T09:45:14","slug":"graphic-communications-group-jobs-2021-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/graphic-communications-group-jobs-2021-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Graphic Communications Group Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant Procurement Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented individuals who will:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist in the purchase\/acquisition of goods and services for the organization in a cost effective and timely manner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities (Principal Responsibilities)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist in the maintenance of a database of suppliers and feedback to supervisor on quality, price, etc. so that database can be amended \/ updated by management as appropriate<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the receipt and response to requests for goods and services from the various departments<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with customs activities and other authorities on imported goods<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with transport to ensure that goods are delivered and dispatched on time<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with the review of requisition requests to ensure that the specifications are detailed enough to allow accurate completion of orders as specified<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in inventory management<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Good first degree in Procurement and Supply, Social Sciences or equivalent<br \/>\n\u2022 A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience for first degree and 3 years for HND<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills\/Competencies Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to meet deadlines<br \/>\n\u2022 Good interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Good be a good team player<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to prepare reports<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong computer literacy skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Accra<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply For The Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you wish to apply, please send a detailed a CV together with a covering letter and contact telephone number to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Director, HR &amp; Administration<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Graphic Communications Group Ltd.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>P.O.
