Abt Associates, a major American business and government research, technical assistance, and consulting company, manages the new USAID-funded Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS2 T04) Project, which seeks to reduce the burden of malaria in 14 African countries through cost-effective commodities procurement and logistics systems, access to technical expertise, and implementation of Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. Database Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Community Health, Sociology, or other relevant field, and 3+ years of professional database management experience. High level of computer literacy and proficiency in statistical software.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. IT Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Programming and 4+ years of professional experience in IT\u00a0network administration and server management in a Windows NT environment.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Environmental Compliance Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Masters Degree in Public Health or Environmental Health, and 8+ years of professional experience in environmental health, including insecticide use and management.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0Finance & Administration Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Provides leadership and direction for the financial management and administrative support functions of the project. Develops and tracks budgets, manages payroll and vendor relations, and controls for all financial transactions and reporting, both for the client and for Abt associates headquarters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
