\n\u2022 Drive social enterprise projects with a strong application of sustainable development principles.
\n\u2022 Identify market opportunities for growth and diversification of social enterprise development projects.
\n\u2022 Drive research and development; implement policies that improve the organization\u2019s environmental and social impact without detracting from other business goals.
\n\u2022 Ensure adherence and compliance to industry regulations and laws.
\n\u2022 Develop business tools to analyze and evaluate both corporate social investment programs and eligible beneficiaries for sustainable impact.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement a robust communication and stakeholder strategy around corporate social investment programs.
\n\u2022 Serve as a company spokesperson on matters around community engagement and interactions with government and regulatory authorities.
\n\u2022 Produce sustainability and impact assessment reports.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Economics or Development studies required; MBA preferred.
\n\u2022 Fluency in English compulsory; Proficiency in French preferred.
\n\u2022 International development work experience required; W. Africa regional experience preferred.
\nCompetencies
\n\u2022 Over 8 years\u2019 experience in leading social enterprise development projects, market development, and value chain analysis.
\n\u2022 Experience in project management, impact assessment, and impact reporting.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of stakeholder mapping and engagement.
\n\u2022 Have strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a self-directed fashion within a team structure
\n\u2022 Possess solid work ethic and professional maturity.
\n\u2022 Competence in using research and data to make informed decisions.
\n\u2022 Ability to think ahead, plan and achieve key performance goals in a timely manner.
\n\u2022 Competence in multi-tasking & managing several priorities; ability to lead and be result-oriented.<\/p>\n
