We are seeking a driven, dedicated and determined Project Officer to join Transaid\u2019s programmes team to\u00a0make a\u00a0difference\u00a0in\u00a0people\u2019s lives by supporting the implementation of\u00a0our current Ghana road safety programme.<\/p>\n
Based in\u00a0Accra,\u00a0you will work closely with this programme\u2019s Project Manager\u00a0and local stakeholders to contribute to the enhancement of\u00a0Heavy\u00a0Goods\u00a0Vehicle (HGV) driver training standards in Ghana and the region,\u00a0and.\u00a0You will interact with and grow our existing networks in government, civil society and the private sector.\u00a0You will be part of a broader UK and Africa-based Programmes Team, and will be expected to engage in regular meetings with this team face-to-face and online.\u00a0The role may include travel to other parts of the region, and periodic travel to the UK.<\/p>\n
