Drive customer insights through synthesis of customer behaviour and business resources to enhance Product and Services de<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Analyst, Customer Knowledge Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Job Role<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop customer segmentation based on usage and other behavioural patterns<\/li>\n<li>Assist the business in the understanding of customer groups and behaviour trends<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of targeted campaigns and ROI calculation\/campaign optimization (Advance Analytics cycle)<\/li>\n<li>Data mining related to customer lifecycle management<\/li>\n<li>Support data-warehousing activities<\/li>\n<li>Support for BI projects that impact CLM and CVM<\/li>\n<li>Support the conduct and execution of all Market research activities \u2013 liaising with internal stakeholders to provide customer data when required.<\/li>\n<li>Build a customer knowledge centre that provides a 360-view of customers; (usage and other behavioural patterns) including findings from consumer research\/surveys, the insights derived should support CLM and CVM initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide information and data in accordance with defined objectives in response to specific requests by stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Context :<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dynamic and highly competitive telecommunication &amp; ICT industry<\/li>\n<li>Highly regulated environment<\/li>\n<li>Regionalization structure implication<\/li>\n<li>Performance driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Developing sophisticated Client base<\/li>\n<li>Diverse cultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Active Media Engagement &amp; Brand Reputation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Support the application of analytics to build customer knowledge base.
