He\/she will undertake:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development and\/or documentation and maintenance of financial management policies, procedures and systems, ensuring compliance with same<\/li>\n<li>Development and\/or documentation and maintenance of accounting manuals<\/li>\n<li>Budget planning, implementation and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Treasury and disbursement management<\/li>\n<li>Financial accounting and reporting to the board and share holders as required<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the human resource management function and the provision of administrative and other support services to the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the effective procurement of goods and services<\/li>\n<li>Management of stakeholder relationships in respect of financial management viz, audit, regulatory agencies, government revenue agencies, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>The preferred candidate will have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA, CA, CIMA, CPA plus a minimum of seven years post qualification experience<\/li>\n<li>An MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related field will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Work experience in a manufacturing or processing establishment will be an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants should submit applications by express mail with detailed curriculum vitae, contact phone numbers and e-mail addresses to:<\/p>\n<div>\n<strong>EXCITING JOBS<br \/>\nP.
