He\/&#8217;she will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and\/or document policies, procedures, plans and strategies for plant maintenance that will ensure excellent plant availability<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and ensure effective execution of all maintenance activities<\/li>\n<li>Plan all preventive maintenance programmes and ensure implementation of same<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the ordering of spares including preparation of specifications and other requirements<\/li>\n<li>Determine and document maintenance costs for the various maintenance activities so as to assist with monitoring and budget planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>The preferred candidate will have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of five years post graduation experience, preferably in a manufacturing or processing plant<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory experience will be an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Interested applicants should submit applications by express mail with detailed curriculum vitae, contact phone numbers and e-mail addresses to:<\/p>\n<div>\n<strong>EXCITING JOBS<br \/>\nP.
