meeting Stakeholders\u2019 requirements, upholding World Visions procedures and maintaining high level of accountability and integrity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Supply Chain Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Major Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide technical advice on Supply Chain related issues<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the logistics function of World Vision Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for an optimal interface between Supply Chain and business units as it relates to the planning, procurement and Logistics functions.<\/li>\n<li>Train SLT, OBTLs, ADP Managers and Project Staff on the right procurement processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure NO supply chain process meets national and international standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lead the Supply Chain strategy<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a sourcing strategy based on the overall procurement needs of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate Annual Procurement Plans for World Vision Ghana across grants, projects, all functional departments in the HO and Field Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Performance of staff and provide regular feedback on performance and identifying training needs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, deliver training for Supply Chain Team<\/li>\n<li>Supplier performance management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ensure continuous improvement in Supply Chain through<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>monitoring of Procurement Progress Reports, procurement monthly tracking reports using KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Lead the development of action plans to address areas of poor performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Regularly review the existing supply-chain operating procedures and manuals and update as necessary to cater for Program\u2019s growth, technological and operational changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Maintain relationships with internal and external clients and governmental agencies;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the appropriate government agencies in leveraging official resources and plans.<\/li>\n<li>Manage day-to-day interactions and relationship with Operations, Programs, Finance and other departments to facilitate improvements in knowledge sharing, communication and process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Professional Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Purchasing know-how and mastery in the 7-Step Sourcing Process<\/li>\n<li>Specific knowledge of local legal positions for contracts<\/li>\n<li>Highly experienced in negotiation strategies and tactics<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 \u2013 10 years experience in purchasing<\/li>\n<li>Or at least 4 \u2013 5 years experience in a management position<\/li>\n<li>Team leader experience for minimum of 2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Business administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or similar degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional qualification preferably MCIPS
