\n\u2022 Build the digital financial service (DFS) portfolio as part of the digitization drive
\n\u2022 Gather and provide business input for App, DFS and core banking platform development
\n\u2022 Manage a project plan with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
\n\u2022 Build relationships with 3rd parties, aggregators and other to enable integration of services.
\n\u2022 Identify value add for clients for digital transformation and new services
\n\u2022 Leverage company\u2019s assets to identify and implement economy of scale benefits
\n\u2022 Implement back-end support structures that come with digitization e.g Customer Care
\n\u2022 Recruitment of resources as the digitization drive takes on more scale
\n\u2022 Test concepts with clients to validate level of acceptance
\n\u2022 Establish programs to educate clients and get them on board digitally
\n\u2022 Responsible for overall implementation and phased roll-out of digitization
\n\u2022 Management of KPIs that will evolve out of the digitization of the business
\n\u2022 Stay abreast of all and DFS developments to ensure that the business is one step ahead of the competition
\n\u2022 Frequent visits in the operational area<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience within a fintech, banking or e-commerce environment
\n\u2022 A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience within one of the above industries
\n\u2022 Prior microfinance\/financial product design and development experience is preferential
\n\u2022 A detailed understanding of the DFS industry in Ghana
\n\u2022 Deep understanding of Ghanaian regulatory requirements
\n\u2022 Understanding of system requirements to launch DFS
\n\u2022 Can hit the ground running in a very short space of time
\n\u2022 Within 45 years of age<\/p>\n
