{"id":58835,"date":"2021-07-01T12:04:55","date_gmt":"2021-07-01T12:04:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=58835"},"modified":"2021-07-01T12:04:55","modified_gmt":"2021-07-01T12:04:55","slug":"graphic-communications-group-vacancies-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/graphic-communications-group-vacancies-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"Graphic Communications Group Vacancies 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant Sales &amp; Circulation Officer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist with the prospecting of new clients and markets to grow business and meet sales targets<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that products reach customers on time and in sufficient quantity to meet market demand<br \/>\n\u2022 Generate customer invoices and follow up on customers to ensure timely payments<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage customer complaints on a wide variety of issues within their remit and refer upwards as appropriate<br \/>\n\u2022 Record and report anomalies in the payment\/invoicing process eg. outstanding invoices, under\/over paid invoices and notify anomalies to the line manager<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribute to advising superior officer on areas\/issues of concern and make recommendations improvement\/changes to policy and processes<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with customers<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in validating newspaper\/adverts sales and generate monthly reports<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare credit notes and distribution schedules as and when required<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for revenue and cost management of the zone (P&amp;L).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Must possess a good First Degree in Marketing from a reputable tertiary institution work experience in Sales and Marketing<\/p>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A minimum of HND in Marketing and at least 4 years post qualification relevant work experience in sales &amp; marketing.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to implement efficient and accurate financial systems and working knowledge of the print media industry would be a distinct advantage<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience \/ Skills \/ Competencies required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to implement efficient and accurate financial systems<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be a team player with a high sense of commitment and honesty<br \/>\n\u2022 Must possess good communication skills and have a keen eye for detail<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be able to meet deadlines<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be computer literate<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have a valid driving license skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Takoradi<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply For The Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you wish to apply, please send a detailed CV together with a covering letter and contact telephone number to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Director, HR &amp; Administration<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Graphic Communications Group Ltd<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>P.O.
