Our\u00a0diverse\u00a0and collaborative\u00a0teams are constantly pushing the boundaries of what\u2019s possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Territory Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ready to join us?<strong>\u202f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About this opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>As Territory Manager , the role will be responsible for selling Invisalign products in Sub-Saharan Africa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In this role, you will\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish account relationships with current doctors and actively grow the business by adding new customers to the portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Support doctors with the development of their Practice<\/li>\n<li>Proactively network with uncertified potential customers to develop a new business growth plan<\/li>\n<li>Grow a portfolio covering Aligners and intra oral scanners. Medical Device and Capital equipment<\/li>\n<li>Manage accounts\u00a0and report back to the Area Sales Manager with all assigned reports<\/li>\n<li>With a result and plan oriented mind, ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned<\/li>\n<li>Consult regularly with internal partners on implementation of objectives<\/li>\n<li>As a true team player, participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In this role, you\u2019ll need \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate Consultative selling ability<\/li>\n<li>Highly Organized \u2013 with strong time management skills, Prioritization and advanced quarter activity planning<\/li>\n<li>Action Oriented \u2013 takes the initiative and is proactive<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication and presentation skills, to give the best advice to customers<\/li>\n<li>Results oriented \u2013 naturally strives for the best performance and has the willingness to learn<\/li>\n<li>Displays an open growth mindset<\/li>\n<li>Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and experienced using computer aided sales systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>A good team player, dynamic, optimistic, accurate, hard-working and creative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education\/Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree or above<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of proven sales record<\/li>\n<li>Ideally, with an industry background in the human sciences \/ medical devices field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer\/patient demand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are looking for candidates with Ghanian citizenship and experience in the local market<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sound like a good fit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Great!
