The producer will work closely with the technical director and crew for each shoot.\u00a0The producer must have some input into the show idea development and cast hiring to shoot supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Involvement in day-to-day workings, participating in activities such as\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Screenwriting\">screenwriting<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Set_design\">set design<\/a>\u00a0and casting is essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Broadcast Journalism, Communications or a related field, or equivalent training and\/or experience.<\/li>\n<li>2 \u2013 5 years experience in developing TV formats &amp; Short Documentaries, Production support experience for a Television or Production Company<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Internet production tools, MS Office and various editorial editing suites strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work a flexible work schedule and work as a member of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess advanced understanding of newscast presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent writing and graphics skills with ability to provide an interesting and substantive product.<\/li>\n<li>Must be results oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a creative, fast paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make quick decisions without losing composure.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with script writing and editorial experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>An affinity for creative works and sharp judgment a must.
